All transfers include border assistance, luggage support, and professional drivers.

Yes! We provide full visa guidance and border assistance for all cross-border transfers and tours.

Our services include:

• KAZA UniVisa facilitation – The most cost-effective visa for multiple entries between Zimbabwe, Zambia, and Botswana
• Border crossing assistance – We help with paperwork, queues, and customs
• Up-to-date visa advice – We'll inform you of the latest visa requirements and fees

Note: Visa fees are not included in tour or transfer prices and are payable directly at the border or online. We recommend checking visa requirements at least 2–3 weeks before travel.

Yes! Our transfer services operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including early morning and late-night flights. Our drivers monitor flight schedules to ensure they are on time, even if your flight is delayed.

For transfers outside standard hours (between 10pm and 5am), we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee availability.

We monitor all incoming flights and adjust our pickup times accordingly. If your flight is delayed, your driver will still be waiting for you at the arrivals hall. There is no extra charge for reasonable flight delays.

We recommend providing your flight number when booking so we can track your arrival status in real-time.
